POLICIES & PROCEDURES

All rooms at the Golden Leaf Inn (“Inn”) are two-person occupancy only. Children 12 and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Two (2) night minimum stay during our peak season from May 15th to September 30th.**

One hundred percent (100%) of the cost of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm daily. If you plan to arrive outside of these times please call the Inn at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an appointment. Any late check-in after 6:00pm without prior arrangements will be charged an additional $15 per hour.

Check out is 11:00am.

Cancellation policy: In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than twenty-one (21) days notice, shorten your stay, or check-out early, you will be responsible for your entire original reservation. In addition, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged.

Reservations placed within twenty-one (21) days of expected arrival are non-refundable. In the event we are able to rebook your room(s) for some or all of your original reservation, a full or partial refund may be made at the sole discretion of Golden Leaf Inn.

A full breakfast is served each morning at 8:30am. A hiker’s breakfast is available for early departures if prior arrangements are made at least 18 hours in advance.

Inn Quiet times are 9:00pm to 8:00am. Out of respect for other guests, visitors of guests are not allowed on the property during these hours.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted on the property, if you bring your own. However, no alcohol is served or provided by the Inn.

Wax candles are NOT allowed, due to the risk of fire and wax damage.

The Inn is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. Violations of this policy will result in the complete cost of cleaning being charged to the credit card on file, a minimum of $250.

Smoking or consuming of any marijuana-based products (cannabis, its derivatives, and any synthetic cannabinoid) is strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of this policy will result in your immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of the remainder of your reservation.

We cannot accommodate guests’ pets. Please call the innkeeper for local kennel suggestions.

Any and all damages done to the rooms, including but not limited to, the furniture or quilts, will be charged the complete cost of repairs to the credit card on file, a minimum of $250.
